Postnatal Yoga – Reconnect and Recover​

Description: Postnatal yoga helps new mothers recover physically and emotionally after childbirth. This class focuses on rebuilding strength, soothing stress, and offering a space for connection with other mothers.

Kids’ Yoga – Fun, Mindfulness, and Movement

Description: Through fun yoga poses, stories, and games, kids learn how to be mindful and emotionally resilient. This class encourages playful self-expression, creativity, and physical movement.
